Ongoza Cyber Hub began with a question: why does a continent this young, this ambitious, and this online struggle to fill its cyber roles? The answer wasn't a shortage of people — it was the absence of a system to discover, develop, and connect them.

Founder
Martin founded Ongoza Cyber Hub on a simple conviction: Africa doesn't lack cyber talent — it lacks the infrastructure to discover, develop, and connect it. What began as a mentorship webinar for 11 people has grown, cohort by cohort, into a full talent-development engine for the continent.
